Simone Lipshitz – Owner/Client Service Director
Simone Lipshitz has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all sectors of information technology, e-commerce, online marketing and advertising, telecommunications, web technologies and infrastructure. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Lipshitz plays a hands-on roll on all accounts. She is continually searching for compelling ways to add value to clients, and offers her specialist advice in strategic marketing, communications and public relations to ensure productive client relationships.

A graduate of the AAA School of Advertising, where she studied advertising and marketing, Lipshitz entered the agency business in 1996. She prides herself on the building of relationships with both clients and media, and has excellent contacts across multiple industry sectors. She also concentrates on lead generations and the overall marketing of Headlines.

Tambu Jonhera - Account Director
Tambu joined the Headlines team in 2007 with over 10 years experience in both PR and journalism. Originally from Zimbabwe she has worked on accounts such as Advertising Communications Association, Zimbabwe Sun group of Hotels, South African National Accreditation System, MNet, and Independent Newspapers She is a Member of the Federation of African Media Women, Member Media Institute of Southern Africa, Member Zimbabwe Institute of Public Relations.

Lindi Tshabangu - Account Director
Lindi has been in PR since 1995 and joined the Headlines team during the beginning of 2008. Her latest experience was at Nokia where she handled all PR and Communications activities including Marketing and Online Services for the South and East African Region. She handled Nokia’s CSI initiative ‘Make a Connection’ Other accounts that she has had experience with are: Computer Faire, EDS, CA, Dell, Autodesk, Glaxo, Mobile Oil, Zenex Foundation.

Kate Thompson - Account Director
Kate has worked in the IT sector, as an IT journalist, and a corporate writer. She has studied public relations, English, and software development, and her keen interest in technology has drawn her to either write about or work with it. She worked as a software developer before joining Systems Publishers in 2003, where she wrote for Electronic Government, Computerweek Strategist, and CRN. She then moved on to ITWeb where she sub-edited and wrote for the site. She left journalism to join an IT company, but was drawn back to media where she freelanced as a journalist and corporate writer.

Bongeka Mnukwa - Junior Account Executive
Bongeka started her career in Health and Skin Care Therapy in 2003. She later accepted a beauty lecturing job at College of Cape Town, where she taught for a year. The very same year she enrolled with the Cape Peninsula University of Technology for a public relations course, part-time. She later completed her PR degree in 2013 and began work as an intern at Headlines. Bongeka has a good understanding of the media, client relations and what drives the PR process.
